Ad format

Our text ad format is much like Google adwords. You need a title of maximum 40 characters that will be shown in bold, then a short description (max. 80 characters) and your URL. Like in Google, you can set up different internet addresses for the display URL (the one shown with the ad, e.g. your home page) and a redirection URL (the one the visitors are actually sent to when they click your ad, e.g. your landing page).

Graphic ads

You can choose to show your graphic banner instead of a text ad. We allow for Flash / SWF, GIF, as well as static JPEG. You can choose the desired pixel dimensions of the graphic, provided the following restrictions are observed:

File size: 50 KB max
Pixel size: max 120,000 square pixels (e.g. 400*300), largest dimension (width or height, whichever is larger) must not exceed 500 pixels.

Advertising modes

You can purchase an advertising opportunity (paid advertising) or win it by linking back to WebProGuide or submitting content (free advertising). In either case, the editors team reserves the right to accept or decline your advertising proposition.
